Position Summary You will lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve territory commercial goals in Taiwan. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to create clear, customer-focused plans and remove barriers to execution. These responsibilities include some of the following: Lead, coach and develop a field sales team to meet commercial targets and grow capability. Create and execute insight-driven territory plans that align with regional strategy. Build trusted relationships with healthcare customers and local partners to drive demand. Monitor performance using clear metrics and support the team to adjust plans. Collaborate with market access, medical affairs, account management, and supply teams to resolve barriers. Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliant execution of sales activities. Responsibilities Drive commercial performance and customer value Translate strategic priorities into simple, actionable team plans. Help the team prioritise accounts and tailor customer approaches. Support account engagements to strengthen customer trust and long-term partnerships. Coach and develop your team Use regular coaching to improve selling skills, scientific understanding and business planning. Create individual development plans and support career progression. Lead recruitment and onboarding for new team members when needed. Cross-functional partnership and problem solving Work with internal partners to address access, ordering or workflow challenges. Feed field insights into local strategy and tool development. Coordinate local initiatives and educational activities to support customer needs. Operational excellence and compliance Ensure accurate tracking of team activities and performance in CRM. Uphold company policies and local healthcare regulations in every interaction. Complete required training and encourage team compliance and learning. Why You Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Minimum 3 years of people management experience in sales, preferably in healthcare or related B2B sectors. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets. Strong communication and coaching skills, with customer-focused mindset. Ability to travel within Taiwan as required for territory support. Fluent in Mandarin English proficiency for cross-regional collaboration. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus Experience in pharmaceutical, medical or vaccines commercial environments. Familiarity with hospital and clinic account structures in Taiwan. Experience using CRM and sales analytics tools to drive performance. Background in healthcare or clinical education. Demonstrated success developing and executing territory business plans. Comfortable working in a hybrid model with field-based leadership and remote collaboration. Work model This role is primarily field-based with hybrid working elements. Expect regular time in the field and collaboration with remote colleagues and regional teams.
