UX/UI Designer(Taiwanese)

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX/UI Designer based in Phnom Penh. The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and experiences for digital products, including mobile and web applications. Key responsibilities include user research, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and visually appealing design solutions.

• Experience in UX design processes, including user research, prototyping, and usability testing
• Proficiency in UI design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software
• Skills in designing responsive and user-friendly interfaces for mobile and web applications
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
• Knowledge of front-end development concepts is a plus (HTML, CSS, JavaScript basics)
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly advantageous
