Job description
My Client is a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce platform enabling users to shop globally with seamless logistics, payment, and delivery solutions across multiple markets. Due to recent success, they are looking to expand their design team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the design of digital product experiences across web and mobile platforms, ensuring intuitive and user-centric interfaces
- Translate business and functional requirements into effective design solutions that enhance usability and engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Contribute to the development and upkeep of design frameworks and guidelines to maintain consistency across products
- Support user research and usability testing initiatives, turning findings into actionable design improvements
- Continuously refine and optimise user journeys, identifying opportunities to elevate overall product experience
Requirements
- 3-8 years of relevant experience in UX/UI or digital product design
- Proven experience delivering design projects across the full lifecycle, from concept through to implementation
- Proficiency in contemporary design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma), with exposure to motion design and emerging AI-assisted workflows
- Strong visual design sense with attention to detail and ability to produce high-fidelity outputs
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment alongside product and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions clearly
- Self-driven, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement
- Portfolio required demonstrating relevant project experience and design thinking
