Job Summary
Seeking a UI/UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered experiences for a mission-critical enterprise operations platform. Ideal candidates are passionate about simplifying complex workflows and solving challenging design problems in a collaborative environment.
Mandatory Skill-set
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Must have 2+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing digital product design;
- Must have strong ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces;
- Solid visual design skills with proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools;
- Good understanding of UX principles across web and mobile platforms;
- User-centered, research-driven approach to design and problem-solving;
- Detail-oriented with experience in design systems and scalable UI design;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
Desired Skill-set
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions;
- Experience designing enterprise/operations platforms or complex workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive UI/UX for enterprise web applications and internal tools;
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver user-centered solutions;
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and innovative design concepts;
- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience;
- Work closely with developers to ensure high-quality design implementation;
- Analyse user feedback and usage data to enhance platform usability;
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team collaboration.
