US Corporate Associate

Am international law firm is seeking an Associate/ RFL to join their Corporate team based in Hong Kong. The team specialists in complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate and securities matters from private equity/venture capital/emerging companies transactions to IPOs, follow-on offerings, De-SPACs and going-private transactions. The ideal candidate is a US qualified lawyer with 2-3 years of work experience gained from a leading law firm. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this position. WS10892
