My client are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain salary structures, job grading, and pay policies for multiple countries.
  • Lead annual compensation review cycles across regional offices.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and recommend competitive pay positioning for diverse geographies.
  • Manage incentive programs (short-term, sales incentives) and governance regionally.
  • Oversee benefits programs (medical, retirement, wellness) and vendor negotiations across markets.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regional regulatory requirements.
  • Provide analytics and reporting on compensation trends, pay equity, and cost management across regions.
  • Administer and optimize HRIS systems for compensation processes and data integrity.
  • Partner with Finance on budgeting and workforce planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or total rewards, with regional HR exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of market data analysis and HRIS systems.
  • Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with multi-country labour regulations and global C&B practices.
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
