Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of registration of patients
• Scheduling of appointments
• Assist patients with the self registration
• Attend to patients enquiries and needs
• Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties

Job requirements:

• Min. N-level certificate required.
• Customer service experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates without healthcare or customer service experience are welcome to apply, training will be provided.
• Passion in healthcare or customer service-related fields, keen to be in close contact with patients.
