Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for complex web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless transition from UX discovery to UI delivery.
- Utilize Sketch to create sophisticated wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design intuitive site maps, user flows, and personas based on user research.
- Maintain and expand internal design libraries to ensure visual consistency.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools and prompt-driven workflows to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and design validation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and product managers to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8–15 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design (portfolio required).
- Expert-level proficiency in Sketch for interface design and asset management.
- Proven ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and information architecture.
- A strong eye for typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive design layouts.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI (Human-Computer Interaction), or a related field. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed specialized Design courses or certifications.
- Design Thinking: Experience facilitating workshops or using Design Thinking frameworks to solve complex problems.
- Web Development Knowledge: Familiarity with HTML/CSS or modern frameworks (React/Vue) to better collaborate with engineering teams and understand technical constraints.
- Basic understanding of Accessibility standards and inclusive design principles (WCAG).
- Familiarity with Apple's Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Apple ecosystem design patterns.
