Qualifications
1. More than 3 years of experience in game technology and art, and have completely participated in the development of at least one project 2. Good art professional ability and high aesthetic ability, familiar with the development processes and specifications of various game art resources 3. Familiar with common rendering technologies in AAA games, and can have a deep understanding of certain fields, such as character and scene rendering technology 4. Be familiar with the Unreal engine, have a good graphics foundation, and be able to implement complex Shaders in the engine 5. Be familiar with commonly used DCC-3DsMax, Maya, Houdini, SP/SD, etc., and have rich experience in the development of production tools and process tools 6. Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities, strong sense of responsibility, strict self-requirements, strong learning ability, good communication skills and teamwork spirit good at realistic style effect development, and those with 3A game development experience will be preferred.
