Based in Taipei, you will be part of the Taiwan Rider team focusing on rider engagement.

【Candidate Profile】
2–3 years of experience in business analysis, growth, consulting, or related roles with a strong analytical component.
Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with dashboard building is a plus.
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate analysis into business insights.
Experience in experimentation, incentive design, CRM, or membership programs is a plus.
Fluent in Chinese; basic working proficiency in English.
【Responsibilities】
Own and drive initiatives to improve rider engagement and frequency, with a focus on Membership and TPR (Trips per Rider) uplift.
Design, execute, and iterate on experiments (e.g. incentives, CRM, membership programs) to drive measurable business impact.
Define problems, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights from rider behavior and campaign performance.
Translate data into clear recommendations, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute and iterate on experiments that drive measurable impact.
