Job Description

【Client Description】

  • Based in Taipei, you will be part of the Taiwan Rider team focusing on rider engagement.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys diving deep into data, uncovering insights, and driving tangible business impact through analysis and experimentation.


【Candidate Profile】

  • 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, growth, consulting, or related roles with a strong analytical component.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required; experience with dashboard building is a plus.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate analysis into business insights.
  • Experience in experimentation, incentive design, CRM, or membership programs is a plus.
  • Fluent in Chinese; basic working proficiency in English.

【Responsibilities】

  • Own and drive initiatives to improve rider engagement and frequency, with a focus on Membership and TPR (Trips per Rider) uplift.
  • Design, execute, and iterate on experiments (e.g. incentives, CRM, membership programs) to drive measurable business impact.
  • Define problems, identify growth opportunities, and generate actionable insights from rider behavior and campaign performance.
  • Translate data into clear recommendations, and partner with cross-functional teams to execute and iterate on experiments that drive measurable impact.
