職務說明
【維持運轉的關鍵角色】
作為 Vertiv 熱管理工程師,你將參與資料中心與關鍵機房環境中熱管理系統的安裝、支援與優化任務,確保系統穩定、效率最佳並符合國際標準。
【工作職責】
- 執行公司冷卻系統產品(包含精密空調、液冷系統等)之安裝驗收、保固服務、產品教育訓練、定期檢修與現場故障排除。
- 撰寫技術服務報告、維護紀錄與系統分析文件,確保資訊準確透明並利於後續追蹤。
- 參與售前階段冷卻解決方案之規劃與技術提案,協助客戶選擇最佳配置。
- 支援售後客戶端技術問題,維護良好關係並持續提升客戶滿意度與信任。
- 協助內部技術團隊進行產品教育訓練、推動跨部門合作、技術交流與知識共享。
- 根據專案需求進行獨立出差與現場支援作業,展現高度責任感與技術判斷力。

負責空調和機電設備系統異常處理
電機設備保養修護
電機設備操作
機務維修保養

具備駕照
普通重型機車、普通小型車
其他條件
【其他條件】
- 冷凍空調、機電、能源工程、機械工程等相關理工科系佳。
- 具 1 年以上冷卻系統相關經驗(熟悉精密空調、冷媒系統或熱交換原理者佳)。
- 具良好溝通能力與客戶導向思維,能與客戶及團隊順暢協作。
- 具備基礎英文技術資料閱讀能力,並可配合國內短期出差。
【工作技能】
- 空調工程與冷卻設備之設置、裝設、組裝、校驗與完工檢驗。
- 熟悉冷媒回路、散熱設計、基本電控系統與空調控制邏輯。
- 具備機械設備與產品之巡檢、保養、維修及故障分析排除能力。
- 獨立操作設備維護,並具備技術手冊撰寫能力者尤佳。
- 安全衛生管理
- 執行作業現場安全衛生檢查作業。
- 具備建立安全衛生政策、計畫程序與標準之能力。
