Job Description
This role support cross-functional projects for our company s cloud-based data platform. You will oversee Cloud Data platform operations, deliver data-driven insights and customer analysis, and enable data-informed business decisions across departments. 本職位為數據平台建置崗位,統籌公司雲端數據平台專案推進,透過數據分析與視覺化工具落地商業分析場景,保障數據平台穩定運行與價值最大化。
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation & optimization of our cloud data and local data platform, improve overall efficiency of data analysis and business application delivery. 負責雲端數據平台維運優化,持續提升數據分析效率、落地場景應用價值
- Collaborate with teams across departments to gather, clarify business requirements, and drive end-to-end delivery of key data projects. 跨部門協作,梳理業務數據需求,推動重點數據專案從需求到上線完整落地
- Provide data analysis, report development and analytical support to business teams for customer insight and strategic decision-making. 為業務團隊提供數據分析、報表開發、決策分析支援,落地客戶洞察相關分析場景
- Promote data governance, data integration and process optimization to standardize data usage and streamline internal data workflows. 規範數據取用標準,改善數據使用效率
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or above, major in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science or related fields is preferred. 大學及以上學歷,統計、數學、資訊工程、資料科學、保險相關科系優先
- Proficiency in SQL; hands-on working experience with Databricks, Power BI or other mainstream data visualization & analytics tools. 精通 SQL ,具備 Databricks 、 Power BI 主流數據分析 / 視覺化工具實務經驗
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in data analysis or data platform operation within the insurance industry. 3 年以上保險產業數據分析、數據平台運營相關工作經歷
- Fluency in English Communication and writing. 英文聽說讀寫能力佳
- Practical experience in cloud data warehouse construction and data governance projects. 具備雲端數據倉庫搭建、數據專案執行經驗
- Business analysis experience in insurance & financial industry. 具備保險金融領域業務分析、業務流程梳理經驗
- Proven track record of cross-department project planning and project management. 擁有大型跨部門專案統籌、項目管理經驗
