Job Description
Website management
- Experience in digital platform management, including supporting A/B testing, optimizing the user journey, and improving conversion performance toward business goals. Familiar with website planning, project objectives, and deliverables; able to coordinate cross-functional responsibilities, develop project timelines, and track development progress.
- Experience in UI/UX planning, with the ability to translate business requirements from clients or product managers into actionable technical specifications for functional teams.
- Strong third-party coordination and management skills. If outsourcing or API integration is involved, able to work with the IT department and external vendors on technical alignment, communication, and progress tracking.
- Knowledge and practical experience in SEO optimization, with the ability to improve website rankings and traffic.
Qualifications
Must-have Experience
3–5+ years of website management experience; familiar with front-end development, and knowledge of back-end or database design is a plus.
Experience in UI/UX planning, or the ability to discuss user experience effectively with designers.
Familiar with website tools such as GA, GTM, and Search Console.
Soft Skills
Strong internal and external communication skills.
Strategic thinking and logical analysis skills.
Certificate Requirements
Digital-related certifications are a plus.
Nice-to-have Experience
Experience in e-commerce platform development or project management.
Work experience in marketing or sales within the financial services or insurance industry.
Education Background
Bachelor's degree or master's degree.
English
Language Requirements
Reading — Proficient;
Writing — Proficient.
