About Our Client

A leading multinational industrial services and engineering business with a strong presence across Asia Pacific. The organization is currently experiencing significant business growth and transformation, creating an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager to lead the Taiwan Finance function.

This role offers broad exposure across FP&A, business partnering, financial control, compliance, and regional stakeholder management, while supporting a high-performing local management team.

Job Description

Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to local management, Sales and Operations teams.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting and financial planning activities.
Monitor business performance including revenue, margins, operating expenses, working capital and cash flow.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support key commercial and strategic decisions.
Review pricing strategies, contracts, project profitability, revenue recognition and investment proposals.
Ensure compliance with Taiwan statutory, tax and regulatory requirements.
Manage month-end closing, audit activities and financial reporting.
Maintain strong internal controls and drive finance process improvements.
Lead, coach and develop the local Finance team.
Collaborate closely with regional and global Finance stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
10+ years of finance experience with exposure to FP&A, business partnering and financial control.
Previous people management experience.
Strong understanding of Taiwan tax, audit and statutory compliance requirements.
Experience working within multinational and matrix organizations.
Ability to influence and partner with senior business stakeholders.
English communication skills sufficient for regional collaboration.
SAP or large ERP experience preferred.
M&A integration or project finance experience will be a plus.
