Job Description
We are seeking a TW & HK FP&A professional to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business performance analysis across two key markets. This role provides significant exposure to commercial finance, regional collaboration, and strategic decision support within a multinational consumer business.
The Successful Applicant
- Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Prepare management reports and performance analysis for local and regional stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to evaluate business performance
- Analyze sales, margins, expenses, and profitability drivers
- Provide insights on business risks and opportunities through financial analysis
- Support commercial initiatives, pricing analysis, and investment evaluations
- Assist in business case development and strategic decision-making processes
- Participate in regional projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive reporting efficiency and enhance financial visibility across markets
What's On Offer
- 3-7 years of FP&A, commercial finance, audit, or accounting experience
- Strong accounting foundation and solid understanding of financial statements
- Experience in consumer, FMCG, retail, healthcare consumer products, or related industries preferred
- Business partnering mindset with strong communication skills
- Fluent English is required
- Regional or multinational environment exposure is a plus
- Strong Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with SAP, Hyperion, Power BI, or other planning tools is advantageous
