Trust Officer – Trust & Corporate Services (Hong Kong)

A growing fiduciary platform is seeking a Trust Officer to support the administration of trust structures, Hong Kong and offshore companies, and employee incentive schemes (ESOP/EBT). This role offers exposure to client-facing work, regulatory compliance, and cross-border corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of trusts, HK and offshore entities, and foundations
• Support ESOP and EBT structures, including share awards and vesting schedules
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions
• Prepare and file corporate documents, annual returns, and statutory records
• Assist with due diligence, periodic reviews, and board/trust meetings
• Liaise with clients, advisors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain accurate records and support overall client servicing

Key Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Corporate Governance, or related field
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Professional Services Provider or Law Firm
• Hands-on experience with EBTs, ESOPs, and family trust structures
• Strong knowledge of HK and offshore company secretarial requirements
• TEP or HKACG qualification preferred
• Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
