Treasury Manager

1. Responsibilities (Accountabilities):

1. Based on the group's annual budget, formulate annual, quarterly, and monthly capital plans, as well as cash rolling forecasts.

2. Effectively manage all group accounts to ensure account visualization, accessible management, and a systematic process for account configuration and control.

3. Optimize the group's capital management system, account structure, cash pool, and position management.

4. Effectively manage the group's foreign exchange payment and settlement business as well as foreign exchange exposure management

5. Capital Returns and Cost Analysis: Enhance the returns on foreign and RMB capital under the premise of ensuring liquidity.

6. Manage the group's comprehensive credit facilities, maintain business partnerships with financial institutions, and execute financing operations.

7. In accordance with the group's risk management requirements, responsible for the risk management and profit/loss management of derivative positions, executing transactions as per the company's hedging plan to ensure the security of group funds.

8. Assist in completing various stages of financing projects such as trade financing, working capital loans, and structured financing for both domestic and international transactions.

II. Job Qualifications:

1. Academic Background: Finance, Accounting, or Management-related majors with a bachelor's degree or higher

2. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English for Communication

3. Professional Skills: Proficient in financial analysis, corporate finance, and other accounting knowledge, familiar with overseas capital-related policies, and skilled in various tools and solutions for fund management. Able to provide rational suggestions based on actual corporate conditions. Experience in project financing and syndicated loans is preferred.

4. Relevant Experience: Over 5 years of experience in capital management within large multinational corporations or banks, with priority given to candidates who possess experience in both.

5. Others: Strong communication and expression skills, analytical judgment, and clear logical thinking. Willing to travel.
