Your role:
- Oversee and optimize the daily operations of the company carpool service, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource utilization.
- Administer all aspects of vehicle fleet movement, including vehicle registration, licensing, and vehicle-related services.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities to manage applications for restricted and closed area vehicle permits.
- Assist in the investigation of vehicle accidents, coordinate with involved parties, and manage the insurance claim process.
- Assist in the sourcing and evaluation of vehicle leasing and related services.
- Maintain comprehensive records and databases related to fleet operations, including vehicle movements, driver assignments, and user registrations.
To succeed in this role:
- HKCEE / DSE graduates or above.
- At Least 3 years relevant working experience in fleet management.
- Good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, and good written English & Chinese.
- Possessing a valid HK driving license and knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance will be considered an advantage.
