[Responsibilities]
- Support the planning and execution of globe-level strategic initiatives with hands-on experience.
- Assist in driving organizational transformation (organization design, R&R, KPI and capability) and change management programs.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution.
- Design, facilitate and administrate transformation-related workshops or activities (e.g., strategy alignment, organizational alignment, co-creation sessions).
- Collaborate with senior leadership and BU/BG stakeholders to define workshop objectives, agendas, and expected outputs (output-driven design).
- Support the establishment and continuous improvement of governance and management mechanisms.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across business, legal, finance, procurement and delivery teams through discussion-lead approach.
[Qualifications]
- 8+ years working experience in either Consultant, Project Management, HRBP or Business Operations.
-Strong structured thinking and problem decomposition skills.
-Ability to work independently and drive progress in highly ambiguous environment.
-Familiarity with project management and cross-functional collaboration models.
-Experienced in Workshop design and facilitation (Design Thinking / Co-creation).
-Able to facilitate discussions without dominating conclusions.
-Strong sensitivity to people dynamics and organizational context.
-Skilled at driving alignment and building consensus in ambiguous situations.
