Transaction Management & AI Innovation Analyst H/F

You will join Crédit Agricole CIB Hong-Kongand more precisely you will be part of the Officer in the Agency and Transaction Management (ATM) team under FCS (Financing & Client Services). You will provide transaction management support on the transactions of all business lines for financing activities (GFD).You role also include innovation and automation (AI) initiatives within the FCS/ATM team, as well as support on transverse and reporting topics for the Head of FCS (HK/APAC).

Your concrete missions will be the following:

• Innovation & Automation (AI)

  • Support the development and deployment of AI-powered tools and automation solutions (Python…) within the FCS/ATM team (e.g. workflow automation, data extraction, report generation)

  • Contribute to the identification of processes suitable for automation and assist in their implementation

  • Participate in the testing and roll-out of new digital tools adopted by the team

  • tay abreast of emerging AI/automation trends relevant to the banking industry

• Transverse & Reporting:
  • Assist in the preparation of various reports (portfolio, results, profitability, etc.…), internal presentations, dashboards and business reviews for GFD/FCS management
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives within the Global Financing Division
  • Assist the Head of FCS (HK/APAC) on various topics

• ATM responsibilities:
  • Provide support to the ATM team in the execution and monitoring of Agency Mandates for Hong Kong (and in some cases APAC):
    • liaise with the Borrower, the lenders, and third parties
    • monitor the covenants and reporting obligations of the Borrower
    • assist in the handling of waivers requests
  • Perform transaction management functions for all ERA files, including the feeding of information in the ERA middle office tool (SMAC)
  • Support other FCS teams (Client Services…) when needed
    
    

To be eligible for a VIE:

- Be less than 28 years old

- Be graduated of Master Degree

- Be EU citizen

Are you are future VIE

You are postgraduate with a Master Degree from an University,a Business School or an Engineering sciencewith a specialization in Business Administration, Finance or Accountancy

A first experience in financing operations, transaction management and/or financial reporting isnecessary.
