Training Coordinator

MTIC by MIRDC is a GWO and OPITO certified training center located in Kaohsiung, South Taiwan. Established in 2021 with support from the Taiwanese government and Maersk Training, MTIC aims to be the leading training facility for Marine & Offshore professionals in the Asia-Pacific region. We offer a wide range of training programs tailored to industry needs, including GWO Basic Safety and Technical Training, OPITO HUET, DNV GL Marine Operations, and various company-customized courses. Committed to progress, we continually improve and expand our offerings to meet evolving industry requirements.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Training Coordinator based in Kaohsiung City. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing training programs, liaising with participants and trainers, and ensuring that all training sessions run smoothly. Key responsibilities include scheduling training, coordinating logistics, handling course materials, and providing support to ensure a positive experience for all attendees. Additionally, the Training Coordinator will monitor feedback and suggest improvements to enhance program effectiveness.

• Proficiency in Training Coordination and Training & Development
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and experience in Training and Employee Training processes
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
• Familiarity with the Marine & Offshore industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Human Resources, or Business Management
