Overview The Learning Program Trainer & Coordinator is responsible for structuring and delivering high-quality learning experiences across Delta BABG Surveillance Solution and Service Business Development. This role combines program management, curriculum development, and facilitation to build scalable training programs that strengthen technical, commercial, and operational capabilities across Delta's business units. Program & Project Management 1. Lead end-to-end program and project management of training programs, including workshops, certification courses, learning pathways, and partner enablement tracks. 2. Coordinate with global teams to ensure content alignment, delivery consistency, and readiness across regions. 3. Track, analyze, and report learning feedback consolidate insights to refine curriculum, improve engagement, and elevate program effectiveness. 4. Build structured learning roadmaps to support SI enablement, partner progression, and internal upskilling. Content Design & Development 1. Own the full lifecycle of learning curriculum - from needs assessment, instructional design, material creation, training delivery, to post-event evaluation. 2. Develop modular, scalable content for diverse audiences (internal teams, system integrators, and end customers). 3. Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, FAE, CSM , and regional leaders to ensure learning materials are accurate, relevant, and future-ready. 4. Develop clear, engaging, and scalable training materials suitable for diverse roles and geographies. 5. Simplify complex concepts and translate them into learner-friendly formats for both technical and non-technical audiences. 6. Ensure consistency with Delta's learning standards, brand guidelines, and quality expectations. Facilitation 1. Facilitate engaging and impactful training workshops - both virtual and onsite - for global audiences. 2. Apply effective facilitation techniques to guide discussions, encourage participation, and maintain productive learning environments. 3. Support learners in generating insights, sharing perspectives, and applying concepts to business scenarios. 4. Adjust facilitation style to accommodate different audience levels, including technical teams, commercial teams, and leadership groups.
