Responsibilities
1. Responsible for and participate in the construction of Douyin's local life trading platform, guide or participate in the server-side business research and development of one or more sub-fields 2. Responsible for the division of areas of the trading platform such as order center, payment, forward process, reverse process, industry capabilities, etc., responsible for the design of technical solutions, and tackling key needs 3. Responsible for the quality and stability of team services, improving team development efficiency in terms of tools and systems, and tackling key and difficult technical problems 4. Introducing new technologies and new solutions to the team based on actual business needs 5. Responsible for the promotion of key cross-team projects with good project management and coordination and communication skills.
Qualifications
1. Have solid programming skills and good coding style 2. Be familiar with DDD modeling ideas, have strong business architecture design capabilities, and those with experience in business life service business modeling are preferred 3. Have rich architecture design experience, be able to accurately and comprehensively understand the business, and design reasonable architectural solutions based on business development 4. Have an in-depth understanding of the infrastructure components of database middleware, message middleware and other large-scale distributed systems in the industry, and be able to make reasonable technology selections based on the business 5. Have good basic skills, have a relatively complete knowledge system in the computer field, and be able to integrate it into actual work 6. Have good technical judgment, organizational coordination capabilities and strong self-driving force.
