Location: Taiwan (with travel to China, Thailand and from time to time Germany)

Salary: NTD 55,000 – 80,000/month (Based on experience)

Bonus: 1–3 months annual performance bonus

We are looking for a joint role of Team Leader for our industrial parts trading team & Quality Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical integrity and global business.

What You'll Do

You will wear two hats: the Guardian of Quality and the Voice of the Customer.

Bridge the Gap: Manage relationships with customers and suppliers across Taiwan, China and Thailand via English-language communication (Email & Teams).
Master the Supply Chain: From raw material sourcing to final shipping documentation, you'll ensure the flow of goods is seamless.
Enforce Excellence: Set, verify, and audit quality standards (IQC, OQC, COCs). You'll be a key player in our ISO 9001:2015 compliance and external audits.
Strategic Growth: Perform market research to find new clients and optimize our vendor list to stay ahead of the curve.
Forecasting: Use data to predict production yields and lead times, ensuring we always hit our deadlines.

What We're Looking For

The Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial or Production), International Business, Chemistry, or Measurement Technology, preferably with advanced training in quality management, such as CQA and/or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt.
The Experience: 3–10 years of experience in the electronic industry or metal tooling (punch-bending/extrusion), Automotive QM (PPAP/TS 16949), or Surface Technology (Plating/Anodizing).
The Linguistic Edge: * English: Fluent (written and spoken).
Mandarin: Fluent (written and spoken).
Bonus Points: Proficiency in Japanese, German, Vietnamese or Thai.
The Mindset: You have a sharp eye for detail (literally—good eyesight is a must for QC!), you're stress-resilient, and you're excited about traveling to China (up to 2 weeks at a time).
