Keep an accurate understanding and correct application of commodity contracts and contractual obligations.
Negotiate the contract terms with miners/external customers and get aligned internally to get contract signed.
Plan and execute the shipment as per the commodity contract involving.
Accurate interpretation of contract terms and execution of payments/receivables including Lette of credit, DP/DA etc as per the contract.
Assist the planning of cargo including the vessel nomination, shipping advice, insurance declaration, discharge port agent appointment, load/discharge operation.
Management of the shipping documents and payment including ensuring accurate invoices/shipping documents issued by miners.
Issue provisional/preliminary final/final invoices timely in accordance with the contractual terms.
Settlement of AR/AP including the Laytime, freight differential etc.
Maintain frequent and good relationship with customers, proactively foresee and highlight the opportunities and risk/exposure.
Liaise with different departments including commercial, risk, finance, shipping etc, to resolve problems.
Input improvements for the effectiveness/productivity of trade execution work process.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or Diploma of International Trading, Maritime Mathematics, Statistics, Financial, Logistic, Business Management and Economics.
At least one-year relative working or intern experience.
A quick learner.
Basic marketing analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload to meet deadlines under pressure.
Good team player and collaborative attitude and continuous improvement mindset
Self-motivated, team-player, excellent and effective communication skills.
Both written and oral working skill in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese counterparts).
Good interpersonal skills to coordinate work with multiple stakeholders.
