Trade Marketing Supervisor

Position Overview:

This position will be the main contact window with retailors for trade marketing, and be responsible for the strategic planningand implementation of key commercial period (KCP) marketing and product offer plan.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):

1. Plan and implement major trade marketing programs and exclusive store activites to achieve sales target in Dior way.
2. Follow regional / international guidelines to prepare trade marketing plan; communicate with Regional team on KCP initiative and communication assets for approval.
3. Take the role as the key contact window for trade marketing activities at the stores, including proposal, podium/HPP space confirmation, and in store exposure/retailors marketing resources negociation.
4. Provide retailers with DM materials for each promotional campaign period, secure exposure placements and resources, and conduct proofreading to ensure that the display environment and published content are aligned with the marketing plan and direction, thereby maximizing the effectiveness of channel promotion.
5. Negotiate and plan cross-industry collaborations with department stores, working closely with Dior event team and product marketing team to develop luxury retailer elite member programs and customer acquisition initiatives, driving high-quality new customers to store.
6. Plan and manage two major annual KCP campaigns, including VIP pre-sale event arrangements, Gift with Purchase threshold planning, and promo set forecasting with strategic allocation across stores.
7. Track campaign performance and maintain effective communication and support with retail managers.

Required:

• 5 year and above experiences in related field
• Fluent in English
• Beauty Retail industry background preferred, Sales background is plus
• Bachelor's degree and above,
• Positive and proactive attitude
