- Collect and update trade lane performance data and assist in preparing routine reports.
- Monitor flight schedules, market trends, and competitor information.
- Coordinate with internal teams, overseas offices, and external partners to support smooth operations.
- Track shipment status and assist with issue resolution.
- Maintain trade lane documentation, including rates, contracts, and SOPs.
- Gather rate information and support communication with airlines, agents, and service providers.
- Assist with sales inquiries, project coordination, and preparation of promotional materials.
- Maintain contact lists, meeting notes, and action items.
- Support ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Trade Lane Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
- 13 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or administrative support
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good English communication skills; ability to liaise with overseas offices.
- Familiarity with air freight processes or trade lane concepts is a plus.
- Analytical mindset; comfortable handling numbers and performance metrics.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and overseas teams.
