TPL (Technical project Lead)

Responsibilities

1. Confident, self-motivated and able to clearly demonstrate leadership qualities for project related tasks management of supporting engineers.

2. Design and define specification of audio/video products.

3. Focus on DFM (Design for Manufacturability), and product realization with engineering and factory.

4. Excellent risk analysis, problem solving and product trouble shooting skills.

5. Manage the development of audio/video system product with inter-disciplinary teamwork approach.

6. Effective communicator in English and Mandarin, as customer internal representative and key technical interface between Tymphany and our customers

7. Have knowledge for electronic design for video/audio products and DFM for factory

Qualifications

1. 6 or more years of electronics, system or audio/video/camera development experience.

2. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or other Engineering with extensive high level technical or process experience.

3. Fluency in English and Mandarin.

4. Keen to develop product design skills working in a large acoustic and electronic product design group.

5. Cross function experience as program lead, and lead project with customers (US, EU)

6. Qualcomm, NXP solution hands-on experience is plus

7. Accept travel to China/MFG to lead design team to resolve the production issues
