Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist with strong expertise in Singapore payroll to manage compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.

Must Have

  • 3 years of experience in Total Rewards / Compensation & Benefits
  • Strong hands-on experience in Singapore payroll (mandatory)
  • Deep knowledge of Singapore statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations, SDL, AIS, IR8A, IR21)
  • Experience in end-to-end payroll processing, validation, and reconciliation
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good to Have

  • Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, ADP, or similar)
  • Exposure to compensation benchmarking tools and salary surveys
  • Experience in MNCs or fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • HR or Total Rewards certifications (e.g., IHRP, CCP)
  • Experience in HR analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Exposure to process improvements, automation, or payroll transformation initiatives

Roles and responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Singapore payroll processing in collaboration with Finance.
  • Ensure adherence to CPF, IRAS, AIS, and all statutory payroll requirements
  • Perform payroll validation, reconciliation, audits, and reporting
  • Collaborate with payroll, finance, and internal HR stakeholders
  • Support annual salary reviews, bonus cycles, and incentive programs
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis
  • Provide input on salary offers, promotions, and pay adjustments
  • Administer employee benefits programs and manage vendor coordination
  • Maintain data accuracy in HRIS and payroll systems and generate reports
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes and support internal/external audits
  • Expatriates compensation management
