We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our HR team as a subject matter expert, with a key focus on driving digitalization initiatives and elevating payroll and C&B operations. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in transformation projects and possess deep technical and regulatory knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, tax filings, IR8A, IR21, etc.)
- Serve as the subject matter expert for payroll and C&B topics, advising management and stakeholders on best practices and regulatory changes
- Drive digitalization projects within HR, including system upgrades, process automation, and data analytics for payroll and C&B
- Oversee SAP SuccessFactor and Payroll System administration, ensuring seamless integration and optimization
- Manage employee lifecycle HR operations, including onboarding, employment changes, and offboarding, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors for payroll audits and ensure robust controls
- Partner with HR Business Partners on budgeting, compensation benchmarking, and strategic workforce planning
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in payroll and C&B, preferably in a regional or multinational environment
- Proven track record in leading digitalization or transformation projects within HR
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law and statutory requirements
- Advanced skills in HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactor), data analytics, and process improvement
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership abilities
- Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
