Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives and growth plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Managing Director and functional leaders on workforce planning, talent, organizational design, and employee engagement.
- Support business transformation initiatives and drive organizational change management efforts.
- Lead talent review, succession planning, and talent pipeline development initiatives.
- Drive performance management processes, calibration discussions, and development planning.
- Identify and implement programs to enhance employee capability, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance.
- Support culture transformation initiatives, fostering accountability, agility, and high performance.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for annual hiring needs and critical positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective sourcing and selection strategies.
- Strengthen employer branding and talent attraction efforts to secure top talent in a competitive market.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters.
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers on employee performance, conduct, and workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with local labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Oversee local HR operations and coordinate with regional shared service teams.
- Support compensation, benefits, and payroll-related processes in partnership with regional teams.
- Maintain HR data integrity and support HRIS processes within SAP SuccessFactors.
- Lead and develop a small local support team while ensuring efficient office administration support.
- Drive people-related transformation initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Support workforce capability building and performance differentiation.
- Help leaders navigate change while maintaining employee engagement and business continuity.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR Business Partner or HR Manager responsibilities
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior business leaders and influencing stakeholders
- Strong background in talent management, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Experience supporting organizational transformation, change management, or post-merger integration activities is highly preferred.
- Experience within manufacturing, industrial, engineering, automation, or technology-related industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of Taiwan labor laws and HR practices.
- Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication skills.
