Your Role And Responsibilities
As a TLS R&E Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell of TLS offerings, including Logo, MVS, and Expert Care services. You will partner with clients and business partners to co-create solutions that address clients business needs and drive client innovation. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell targets for TLS offerings in assigned territories.
- Partner with Clients: Collaborate with clients and business partners to understand their business needs and co-create solutions that drive client innovation and value.
- Territory Management: Own and manage specific territories, driving value to clients and delivering results.
- Solution Delivery: Deliver TLS offerings, including Logo, MVS, and Expert Care services, to meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to drive long-term growth and success.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Exposure to Sales Strategies: Experience working with sales strategies to achieve sales targets, including developing and executing plans to drive net new sales, renewals, cross-sell, and upsell.
- Understanding of Client Needs: Exposure to collaborating with clients and business partners to understand their business needs and co-create solutions that drive client innovation and value.
- Territory Management Experience: Experience working with territory management, including owning and managing specific territories to drive value to clients and deliver results.
- Familiarity with Solution Delivery: Exposure to delivering solutions, including TLS offerings such as Logo, MVS, and Expert Care services, to meet client needs and drive business outcomes.
- Client Relationship Building Experience: Experience building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and business partners to drive long-term growth and success.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Revenue Growth Strategies: Deep understanding of driving business growth through strategic planning, opportunity identification, and relationship expansion, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
- Complex Client Relationships: Experience navigating intricate client needs, negotiating contract terms, and identifying potential roadblocks to ensure seamless renewals and foster long-term partnerships.
- Strategic Planning Tools: Familiarity with tools and methodologies for developing tailored account plans, aligning with business objectives, and identifying areas for growth and expansion.
