Excellent opportunity to join a leading organisation within Singapore's payments and financial services sector as a Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Specialist. It is an additional headcount and working with experienced and collaborative colleagues.
This is a mid-level individual contributor role responsible for supporting and enhancing the organisation's enterprise-wide Third-Party Risk Management programme.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the ongoing development and enhancement of the organisation's Third-Party Risk Management framework, policies and procedures
- Conduct and challenge due diligence and risk assessments across new and existing third-party/vendor arrangements
- Act as an SME and provide guidance to Business and Technology stakeholders on third-party risk, vendor management, outsourcing, SLAs and contractual requirements
- Partner with stakeholders across IT Security, IT Governance, Business Continuity, Legal and other control functions to assess and manage third-party risks
- Monitor vendor performance and risk exposures, including contractual breaches, control gaps, non-compliance and adverse developments
- Track remediation actions and ensure identified third-party risk issues are appropriately addressed
- Review the effectiveness of the TPRM programme in response to evolving regulatory requirements, technology risks and security standards
- Conduct independent testing to assess the effectiveness and implementation of TPRM processes and controls
- Support TPRM governance and committee meetings, including risk assessments, approvals, monitoring activities and remediation updates
- Support internal and external audits relating to third-party and vendor risk management
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience within Third Party Risk, Vendor Risk, Outsourcing Risk, Technology Risk, Risk & Compliance, Audit or a related area within financial services
- Experience within banking, payments, fintech, insurance or another regulated financial-services environment would be highly advantageous
- Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements relating to third-party/vendor management, technology vendors and outsourcing
- Experience conducting vendor due diligence, risk assessments and ongoing third-party monitoring
- Strong risk and control mindset with the ability to independently assess and challenge risks
- Comfortable engaging stakeholders across Business, Technology, Cyber Security, Legal and other control functions
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, down-to-earth, keen and fast learner, possess organisational and problem-solving skills
