We are looking for a high-caliber Thermal Solutions Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in designing next-generation thermal and liquid cooling technologies for AI servers and data centers.

In this pivotal role, you will bridge customer vision with mass production—driving end-to-end product development, technical innovation, and team capability building from concept to scaled manufacturing.

What You Will Do

Technical Leadership & Innovation: Drive advanced liquid cooling products (cold plates, manifolds, modules). Establish technical directions, optimize design performance (thermal, reliability, cost), and solve critical engineering challenges.
R&D & Project Execution: Manage the full engineering lifecycle—from simulation, DOE, and validation to NPI. Work closely with PMs to deliver projects on schedule and within technical targets.
Customer Co-Development: Partner with Sales & Solutions teams to clarify technical requirements, lead DFM/DFX design reviews with clients, and convert requirements into robust specifications.
NPI & Mass Production: Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to ensure flawless transition from prototype to yield-optimized mass production.
Team & Knowledge Development: Mentor engineers, institutionalize structured problem-solving (DOE, RCA, FMEA), and build reusable design platforms to scale our engineering capabilities.

Who We Are Looking For

Education: Master's degree or above in Thermal, Energy, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
Experience: 10+ years in thermal engineering, with 3–5 years in a leadership/management role.
Domain Expertise: Strong track record in server thermal management or advanced liquid cooling solutions.
Language Proficiency: Business-level English fluency. Intermediate or above spoken Mandarin communication skills (Intermediate+ spoken Mandarin) for seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability in structured engineering methodologies and resolving complex system-level technical issues.
