Job Description

Join us in developing next-generation liquid cooling solutions for AI Servers and Data Centers. As AI computing continues to drive unprecedented power density, efficient thermal management has become a critical enabler for future infrastructure.

What You Will Do

• Develop and optimize liquid cooling solutions for AI servers and data center applications. 

• Perform thermal and flow simulations to improve cooling performance. 

• Analyze test data and investigate thermal issues through root cause analysis. 

• Design and integrate thermal components using Creo. 

• Perform GD&T and tolerance analysis. 

• Work directly with customers and suppliers during development and validation activities.

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or above. 

• 0-5 years of engineering experience. 

• CFD simulation knowledge. 

• Creo or other CAD tool proficiency. 

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills. 

• Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin and English. 

 

Preferred: 

• Experience in liquid cooling products, including cold plates, manifolds, CDUs, immersion cooling systems, or rack-level cooling architectures. 

• AI Server, Data Center Cooling, or HPC experience.
