YOUR ROLE

  • Validate endtoend digital journeys, mobile app features, and automation workflows against business requirements
  • Translate requirements and user stories into test scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Execute functional, UAT, regression, and endtoend testing across digital channels
  • Identify, document, and track defects; work with delivery teams to ensure timely resolution
  • Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to ensure solutions meet user expectations and operational needs
  • Support test planning, data preparation, and execution across Agile sprints and releases
  • Provide clear status updates, test metrics, and quality insights to stakeholders
  • Support UAT cycles including business user coordination, test execution, and signoff readiness
  • Ensure system changes do not disrupt existing processes and meet compliance and control requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, quality practices, and automation opportunities

YOUR PROFILE

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in executing functional, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing across multiple digital channels
  • Expertise in defect management, including identification, documentation, tracking, and coordination with development teams for timely resolution
  • Experience supporting test planning, test data preparation, and execution within Agile sprints and release cycles
  • Strong experience in UAT coordination, including supporting business users, managing execution, and ensuring sign-off readiness
  • Skilled in change management and adoption, including conducting training sessions, stakeholder communications, and embedding new ways of working
  • Prior experience in the banking domain is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin/Cantonese
  • Open to working in a project-based setup
