The TikTok intelligent creation team provides AI, special effects, and audio and video creation technical capabilities for the TikTok business, covering technical fields such as computer vision, graphics, shooting and editing, special effects, client, and server engineering. It also provides Douyin with industry-leading capabilities and industry solutions for content understanding, content creation, interactive experience, and consumption in various forms. 1. Responsible for the construction of the quality system of the intelligent creation business, able to conduct targeted management of quality risks based on business development and challenges, able to keenly identify top quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks, research effective solutions and promote implementation 2. Have a clear grasp of the detailed logic of business and system architecture, actually participate in the test execution of some projects, and have an in-depth understanding of the overall project process specifications, testing technology and related platforms and tools, and be able to guide new team members to get started quickly 3. Responsible for the quality management of the entire project life cycle, including the formulation of quality assurance plans and strategies, plans, risk identification, avoidance, project process standardization, entry and exit quality standard control, defect management, review, etc. 4. Responsible for team recruitment, goal setting, team member coaching, etc., able to cooperate deeply with partners to establish good cooperative relationships and a strong sense of trust.
Qualifications
1. Have 5 years of experience in test development, a bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors, and Internet R&D work experience is preferred 2. Have a good understanding of B-end products, especially for B-end special effects designer users, and those with cross-end testing experience, including server, PC, mobile, etc., have in-depth research and practice on testing technology, and have strong technical judgment 3. Applicants with experience in audio and video special effects are preferred, including special effects, rendering engines, AIGC, etc. 4. Applicants with strong sensitivity in team collaboration, in-depth experience in team management and training are preferred, and applicants with multinational management experience are preferred 5. Strong self-motivation, strong learning ability, clear logic, quick thinking, strong sense of responsibility, and certain ability to withstand pressure.
