Responsible for the quality assurance of the TikTok intelligent customer service platform product client and server, and overall responsible for the construction of the core module quality system 2. Construct a quality system related to the intelligent customer service model, and participate in special quality and efficiency projects such as change control, automated testing, LLM evaluation, LLM security 3. Follow up, trace and locate quality issues in the project, and optimize and improve universal issues to improve overall quality and efficiency 4. Develop and maintain tools related to quality assurance, improve the efficiency, scalability and stability of existing tools, and promote the application of suitable technologies for quality improvement through forward-looking technology research and application inside and outside the company 5. Participate in user feedback lifecycle management to promote the overall user experience improvement and quality improvement of TikTok.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, computer, communications and other related majors, more than 3 years of client and server testing experience 2. Familiar with commonly used automated testing tools and platforms, experience in agile testing, test tool development, platform development and testing is preferred familiar with at least one of Python/Golang/Java, and experience in actual project development is preferred 3. Have certain self-driving force, learning ability and stress resistance, strong problem positioning and promotion capabilities, and the ability to coordinate various roles to solve problems 4. Applicants with IM service/intelligent Bot-related testing experience or familiarity with TO B business are preferred, and those with actual project development experience are preferred 5. Applicants with in-depth understanding and certain experience of LLM technology, enthusiasm for the large model field, and AI-related test development and evaluation experience are preferred.
