Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the construction of Douyin client version quality system, including: offline quality, release quality, safety assurance, activity guarantee, review governance, iteration efficiency, review risk management and stability governance to ensure the offline/online quality of Douyin client from multiple dimensions 2. Responsible for the Douyin client quality management system, using methods such as process audits and metric analysis to identify quality improvement points in the R&D and testing processes, and formulating improvement plans to promote quality shift left 3. Responsible for the construction of the Douyin client quality system for disaster recovery, using capabilities such as static scanning, change governance, automatic attribution, precise circuit breaker, and client attack and defense drills to continuously improve client stability and avoid online accidents 4. Responsible for the construction of the Douyin quality system for online monitoring systems, major event guarantees, barrier-free experience, and efficiency platforms.
Qualifications
1. Computer and related majors, bachelor degree or above 2. 1-3 years of experience in mobile product testing, actual online product experience in iOS/Android is preferred 3. Master one or more of Python/golang/Java/OC and other languages 4. Proficient in using mobile Internet-related testing tools 5. Experience in client performance and automation is preferred 6. Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit, quick learning ability, quick thinking, clear logic, strong execution ability, strong sense of work responsibility, and strong ability to withstand pressure.
