1. Responsible for the quality assurance of businesses related to Douyin authors operations 2. Participate in the construction and planning of product system architecture, design quality strategies based on the characteristics of the business and system being tested, and promote the construction of quality systems 3. Continuously improve product quality and efficiency through innovation in testing processes and testing methods.

1. Bachelor degree or above, computer and other related majors 2. More than one year of test development/R&D experience 3. Solid computer foundation, familiar with at least one of Python/Golang/Java/C++, practical testing tools, platform development, and excellent quality practice implementation experience are preferred 4. Have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent self-drive ability, rigorous and meticulous thinking, and a strong sense of logic 5. Sensitive to data and business, passionate about solving challenging problems, and possessing strong abstraction, project promotion and innovation capabilities.
