1. The company's strategic team aims to create a commercialized ecology of local life services with ByteDance characteristics and is responsible for the quality assurance of life services for households 2. In-depth business, participate in the architecture and code review of project products, and promote the testability and stability of the system 3. Carry out construction and innovation work in testing tools, testing technology, testing platforms, product development and testing processes, etc., to improve testing efficiency 4. 1. Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, 3 years or more of server-side testing and development experience 2. Proficient in one or more languages in Python/Javascript/Go familiar with various basic middleware, Redis, RocketMQ, Kafka, etc. 3. Familiar with various server-side testing methods, such as performance stress testing, interfaces, monitoring configuration, data quality assurance, etc. 4. Ability to define and solve complex problems, good communication, project management, and quality control capabilities 5. Bonus points: experience in local life services/e-commerce/real estate testing and development.
