What You'll Do
Our team defines and develops system-level test requirements for both NPI (New Product Introduction) and high-volume production. We design custom test solutions that support a wide spectrum of productsincluding high-power devices, large dies, advanced network silicon, and cost-sensitive platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Partner closely with PDE and OSAT teams to seamlessly transfer SLT (System-Level Test) programs from Cisco's development environment into OSAT production.
- Serve as the first line of technical response for production issueswhether hardware, software, or test-relatedto ensure rapid diagnosis and resolution.
- Drive OSAT performance by monitoring and improving throughput, yield, cycle time, and equipment uptime.
- Ensure OSAT capacity ramps are aligned with the Cisco Silicon One product roadmap, while maintaining a robust and scalable production test infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Product Test, Automation, and Data Solutions teams to perform statistical analysis, yield correlation, and test optimization across large datasets.
- Apply your understanding of hardware architecture, board-level design, and ASIC/SoC behavior to enhance test coverage, debug complex failures, and guide continuous improvement.
Who You'll Work With
You will work with Silicon Design teams, cross-functional groups across Supply Chain and Manufacturing Operations, and peer engineering organizations to influence the Cisco Silicon One productization strategy. This role interfaces deeply with both design and manufacturing, offering a full view from product development to high-volume production.
