Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, your day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. You will oversee the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to improve control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This role requires a proactive approach to managing testing activities, ensuring that solutions are robust and meet the highest standards of quality in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement effective testing strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices.
• Monitor and analyze test results to identify defects and areas for improvement, ensuring timely resolution.
  
  

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
• Strong understanding of automation frameworks and tools used in software testing.
• Ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Experience in debugging and troubleshooting automation scripts to ensure smooth execution.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and quality assurance processes.
