Job Description

Project Role : Test Automation Engineer

Project Role Description : Use quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to transform testing products and solutions. Run end-to-end quality engineering function with a focus on automation to improve control, accuracy and integrity.

Must have skills : TOSCA Testsuite

Good to have skills : NA

Minimum 3 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying quality processes and leveraging automation tools and methodologies to enhance testing products and solutions. The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering function with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, accuracy, and integrity throughout the testing lifecycle. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving testing strategies to ensure the delivery of reliable and efficient software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks to support evolving project requirements.
  • Document and communicate testing outcomes and automation results clearly to stakeholders.
  • Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite.
  • Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts.
  • Ability to analyze and troubleshoot automation failures and provide timely resolutions.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

  • The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.
  • This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  • A 15 years full time education is required.
