What your role will be
As the strategic leader for Ansell SUI business locally in Taiwan. Work with distributors/channel partners to promote Ansell products, solutions and brands on the market, provide technical support and after service upon end user's needs, achieve profitable growth and deliver overall commercial excellence.
- Improve Ansell competitiveness by shifting focus from traditional verticals to high-tech verticals and upgrading product portfolio to market
- Build and manage robust relationships with distributors. Drive channel performance through regular training, joint business planning, and co-selling initiatives to maximize market coverage.
- Track territory sales, collections, and profit targets
- Analyze end-user business operations and develop corresponding strategies and action plans. Focus on high-tech verticals (e.g., Semiconductor: TSMC, UMC; Optoelectronics). Develop and execute annual business plans to introduce Ansell's premium product portfolio into key accounts and emerging projects e.g., science park expansions
- Regularly organize Ansell product, solution and service trainings to customers
- Manage territory sales expenses to ensure they are on target and compliant
- Arrange regular customer visits and business trips, plan sales itineraries in advance, and clarify visit targets in travel reports
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business synergy in the territory
- Interact with area peers to enhance his/her vertical knowledge and sales efficiency
- Conduct business intelligence hunting, summarizing & sharing of key market information/trends on new projects and competitor activities/initiatives through multiple sources
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote Ansell brands awareness and build preference by customers thru activities/events such as exhibitions, seminars, roadshows, webinar etc.
- Build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships and profile at territory decision-making levels
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and accurate forecasting. Manage sales budgets, control expenses, and ensure timely collection of receivables.
What will you bring to Ansell
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial products, PPE, MRO, or distributor-led sales environments.
- Strong consultative selling, account management, and business development skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
- Solid understanding of industry dynamics, customer needs, competitors, and distribution channels.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ownership mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver business results.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English writing and speaking. Proficiency in Hokkien is a plus.
- Strong analytical, planning, and reporting capabilities, including budget management, data interpretation, and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and business reporting tools, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable team player, with strong project management skills, a continuous learning mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
