| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To operate and maintain the PCs, servers and networking equipment |
| (b) | To install and manage software and operating systems for PCs and servers |
| (c) | To provide IT-related technical support for staff and/or students |
| (d) | To take charge of day-to-day system maintenance |
| (e) | To compile system reports, update operation documents and guidelines |
| (f) | To assist in the procurement and inventory control of relevant stores, software licenses and consumables and |
| (g) | To assist in interactive media application production, photo and video taking, production of audio-visual archives, graphic and multimedia design and publishing work, where necessary. |
| |
| Requirements: |
| (a) | (i) | A recognised higher diploma in a relevant discipline, plus 1 year's relevant work experience OR |
| (ii) | A recognised diploma or higher certificate in a relevant discipline, plus at least 2 year's relevant work experience |
| (b) | Ability to work independently and be a good team player |
| (c) | Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese and |
| (d) | Candidates with practical Experience / knowledge / skills in one or more of the following areas would be an advantage: |
| (i) | Live streaming and event support |
| (ii) | Multimedia content creation |
| (iii) | AR / VR application operation and support. |

| Notes: |
| (1) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (2) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform shift duties or work in irregular working hours and at different work locations on a need basis. |
