| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties, including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement |
| (b) | To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration |
| (c) | To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials |
| (d) | To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes |
| (e) | To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions |
| (f) | To attend required meetings and |
| (g) | To conduct assessments and evaluations, providing constructive feedback on student performance to foster skill development and career readiness. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification |
| (b) | At least 3 years relevant teaching and / or industry experience |
| (c) | Strong communication, teaching, and presentation skills in both English and Chinese |
| (d) | Candidate(s) with overseas teaching experience will have an advantage, as exposure to international markets and practices can enrich students learning in digital marketing and e-commerce |
| (e) | A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude |
| (f) | Preferably knowledgeable and experienced in curriculum and new module development |
| (g) | Candidate(s) holding professional certifications in Digital Marketing and / or E-Commerce, and those with a strong understanding of Vocational and Professional Education and Training (VPET), will have an advantage and |
| (h) | Specific Requirements for Different Subject Areas: |
| (i) | For Digital Marketing and Advertising: Preferably substantial experience in digital marketing, both offline and online advertising, and marketing analytics incorporating artificial intelligence |
| (ii) | For E-Commerce and Communications Management: Preferably substantial experience in e-commerce management, digital business management, online customer engagement, live commerce, and communications or an equivalent field |
