| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To perform teaching duties, including preparation and delivery of programme materials, supervision of students projects and other academic activities |
| (b) | To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration |
| (c) | To develop programme curriculum and training, teaching, learning and assessment materials |
| (d) | To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes and |
| (e) | To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, campus / departmental projects and functions, including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars, short courses and exhibitions, where necessary. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification |
| (b) | At least 3 years relevant teaching and/or industry experience |
| (c) | Good presentation, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese |
| (d) | Preferably with work experience in organising and executing mega events / sport events and |
| (e) | Linkage with industry / professional bodies will be an added advantage. |

| Notes: |
| (1) | Applicant(s) with less experience may be considered for the post of Term Assistant Lecturer at the rank of Teaching Associate. |
| (2) | Applicants with substantial experience and achievements in the relevant field but without the required academic / professional qualifications OR those with exceptional academic / professional qualifications but with less experience may also apply. |
| (3) | Shortlisted candidate(s) will be required to take a written assessment. |
| (4) | The appointee(s) may be required to perform duties outside normal working hours and/or outside campus. |
| (5) | Candidates who are immediately available are preferred. |
| (6) | Applicant(s) who took a written assessment and/or been interviewed for the post in the last six months need not re-apply. |
