| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To provide support in one or more of the following areas: |
| (i) | general and human resources administration |
| (ii) | course administration, student affairs and student admissions |
| (iii) | filing, procurement and supplies administration |
| (iv) | promotion and publicity events and |
| (v) | secretarial and administrative support for senior level staff |
| (b) | To handle enquiries and provide counter services |
| (c) | To draft simple correspondence |
| (d) | To assist in the stock-taking and maintenance of inventory record and |
| (e) | To support departmental and discipline activities and events, including ceremonies, competitions, publicity and promotional activities. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language., Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^OR |
| (ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)., Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)OR |
| (iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin OR |
| (iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation StudiesOR |
| (v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. |
| . | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC's Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
| ^ | Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. |
| (b) | Proficiency in the use of computer software application, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing |
| (c) | Good command of English and Chinese |
| (d) | Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills and |
| (e) | Ability to work independently and be a good team player. |
