| Major Duties: |
| (a) | To provide administrative support to the Human Resources Office |
| (b) | To assist with Compensation and Benefits services |
| (c) | To handle data input, filing and enquiries and |
| (d) | To prepare HR related documents and draft simple correspondence. |

| Requirements: |
| (a) | (i) | Level 2 or above in 5 subjects, including English Language., Chinese Language and Mathematics, in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination, or equivalent^OR |
| (ii) | Level 2 / Grade E or above in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus B)., Chinese Language and Mathematics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)OR |
| (iii) | Diploma of Applied Education + Maths Plus / Diploma Yi Jin + Maths Plus / Project Yi Jin OR |
| (iv) | A recognised Certificate / Diploma / Foundation Diploma / Foundation Certificate / Diploma of Foundation StudiesOR |
| (v) | A recognised Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above. |
| . | Completion of Hong Kong Vocational English Programme (HKVEP) at Level 2 / Passing 5 specific VTC's Vocational English Module Certificates is considered an alternative qualification. |
| ^ | Attained in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of two Applied Learning subjects), and Grade E in Other Language subjects in HKDSE Examination are accepted as equivalent to Level 2 in the New Senior Secondary subjects. |
| (b) | Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills |
| (c) | Good command of Chinese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua |
| (d) | Ability to be proactive and work independently as well as in teams and |
| (e) | Good knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly in Word and Excel. |
